Job Description

We are looking for accomplished lead generation professionals to become our newest Nice Networkers and join our award-winning sales and service organisation. You’ll be based at our Sunderland office. You will have experience in researching growing companies to book sales appointments with in relation to their unified communications needs both digital and traditional.  This is an outbound telephone-based role, so you will need to be comfortable doing that and be able to demonstrate at interview stage a successful track record in this environment. A winning mentality is a must.

Required skills

  • Able to prospect own pipeline of business clients -Excellent rapport, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good research and admin skills
  • Good levels of initiative
  • B2B calls to generate meeting for the account management team
  • Able to confidently handle challenging objections
  • Happy to work in a small office environment
  • Working closely with the account managers and marketing team to develop lead generation
  • Ability to utilise a variety of communication and social platforms
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
  • Maintaining relationships with decision makers at different stages of the buying process
  • Updating records with outcomes of calls, booking meeting in diary’s, sending and responding to emails.
  • Work towards team and individual KPI’s
  • Have a track record of prospecting, qualifying and managing customer as part of a sales process
  • Experience in a similar role or telecoms environment desirable
